Intro (12pm): Bobby Lopez will lay out the building blocks of a cancel-proof Christian civilization, explaining why we have to focus all efforts on edifying Christian men so they can live out their faith publicly without fearing that they will be unable to provide for their families. The family is the major consideration for each of the four building blocks that will be discussed over the course of four summits: schools, churches, workplaces, and media.
Each slot will have 5 minutes for questions. There will be an hour long break between 3:00 and 4:00 to fellowship with the presenters.
12:30PM Judd Saul has produced documentaries and other films. He has worked closely with Christians particularly in the film he is about to release, called Enemies within the Church, about the deadly influence of ungodly, secular, and "woke" ideologies on the major denominations such as the Southern Baptist Convention. Saul will talk about why even creative projects like the kinds he directs depend on work habits and technical skills that Christians need to be getting in order to be prepared for the workplace. Christianity cannot be cancel-proof if schools do not provide Christian students with viable careers or Christian employers with safe options for hire.
1:00 PM Paul Church had a career lasting over 30 years as a physician and went on multiple missions to Latin America and Africa. All this work came crashing down in 2015 when he was dismissed from Harvard Medical School for challenging the medical field's advice about sexual practices in light of the high risks found to have accompanied certain acts. Dr. Church will speak to the importance of Christian schools designing curriculum in the natural sciences and health fields so that the Bible's foundational importance is respected and students learn sound research practices free of political bias. He will talk about the importance of Christian curriculum being designed as brand new content rather than being nothing more than a label tagged on science textbooks already infused with secular and political misperceptions. Church's expertise is important because he can relate the tension over COVID mandates to the past conflicts over the health profession's treatments of issues like AIDS and transgender surgery. Like the other presenters, he will drive home the urgency of a new Christian academy of science developing sound Christian curriculum for schools and homeschooling.
1:30 PM -- Are you frustrated with people imposing strange pronouns on us? Does it make you mad that phrases like "white supremacy" get repeated again and again until people assume that their definitions are real? Bobby Lopez will talk about the importance of languages, literature, and the fine arts. These are areas that Lopez will explain make it possible for Christians to move beyond building an "infrastructure" and instead build a "civilization." Orwell knew very well how political forces tried to control language in order to control people. Christians face this kind of language distortion in their struggle to overcome cancel culture. Lopez will show the importance of Biblical ideas about languages. He will also reflect on the role of fine arts in the Bible and why the scriptures give many indications that fine arts matter in all areas. Christian schools will need solid textbooks in English, preserving the literary classics, and also allowing for innovation of new fine arts befitting the Lord. Without fine arts, the goals of an independent Christian media will be impossible to reach.
2:30 PM -- Everyone is screaming about critical race theory. What do we do about it? Pastor Sam Jones will provide a Biblical answer and models for Christian schools to build solid history programs. Jones' work on responding to the 1619 Project have given him insights not only into history, but in the history of how history was taught. He will go over the Biblical mandate for the discipline of history and discuss what Christians need to do in the fields of research and publishing to make sure new Christian schools get the curriculum they need.
3:00-4:00 Break and Fellowship Time with the Presenters
4:00-4:30 Did you know that transgenderism and transhumanism would never have happened if it weren't for things happening in the field of math? Computer science, including the internet, developed based on mathematical structures called algorithms. Jeff Younger will talk about how mathematicians designed the postmodern anti-Christian world without us even knowing about it. He will emphasize the importance of Christians breaking out of the conventional philosophies of math and developing curriculum that respects the Biblical importance of truthful math (weights and measures, censuses, time, etc.) while also immunizing Christian students against the dehumanized and pagan worship of "artificial intelligence" built on mathematical fallacies. You never knew how much math had to do with the rise of anti-Christian culture in America.
4:30 Should we not worry about theology because we can assume Christians already have that covered? No! Dr. Mike Spaulding wants to make that clear. In his presentation, Spaulding will begin with the point that theology is the basis for all disciplines in an authentic Christian education. If you get the theology wrong, you can't get anything right. And Spaulding wants you to know that right now, theology is getting things terribly wrong. Rather than grounding people in Biblical reasoning and obedience to God, most theological programs are teaching satanism. Christian education can go nowhere if the field of theology does not get set right.
5:00 Why do schools only teach civics and American government to students in the 12th grade, when they are about to graduate? Why do so many schools make civics an optional elective, something you have to "complete" with no grade, or a course taught by the football or track coach and treated as a joke? Doni Anthony will present to Christians the Biblical imperative for children to know from a much younger age the origin of their rights and what their role as Bible believers will be in American society as well as within their civic activities. She too will emphasize the importance of having Christians come together and produce Bible-based curriculum in the realm of civics so that Christians understand the rights they have, why they have them, and how they go about exercising them.
5:30-6:15 Jeff Younger will give a keynote speech on why we need to build our own civilization. His epic fight to prevent his son from being gender transitioned has given Younger a unique glimpse into multiple realms where Christians have lost ground to the forces of paganism and antichrist spirits: the legal system, the school system, the medical profession, culture, media, and more. His keynote is sure to be a rousing call to action.
